At Fellowship Candle Co, we want to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy below for details on how we handle orders, shipping times, and rates.

1. Order Processing Time

  • We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • All orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated. Please note, processing time may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

  • You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer Standard Shipping for domestic orders, with the following estimated delivery time:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (Domestic orders)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, the size and weight of your order, and the shipping method selected. We offer competitive rates for both domestic and international orders.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 within the U.S. only. Free shipping is not applicable to international orders.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment.

Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after your package has been shipped.

5. Missing or Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives and an item is missing, please contact us immediately at emilywolfebk@gmail.com. We will assist you in locating the missing item or issuing a replacement.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error with your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at emilywolfebk@gmail.com. We will make every effort to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed.

7. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, shipping delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside of our control. Please be patient as we work with our shipping carriers to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

8. Lost Packages

In the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit, please contact us at emilywolfebk@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to track your package. However, once the carrier has confirmed the package as "delivered," we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
